Feature Request - Make it modern UI

It would be nice for people who use it on a tablet but it´s not a must have.

One of the computers I am testing VEB on is a Surface Pro 3, and the config screens are not finger friendly (fine with a pen tho). Granted neither is half of 8.1, but I digress.

Perhaps after getting feedback on what devices have it installed, if a decent number of tablets are running Veeam, either some mods to the UI could be made, or a small touch-friendly shell app could be released for tablet users? Just two ideas of ways you could do this. But demand needs to be there first I would think.

There is actually a huge difference between classic and modern application (or app) in ranks of what such application could do: there are many limitations for the second, but still this is a reasonable request. Noted.
