Feature Request: Notification / Eventlog Entry

would like to have a Logentry in Windows Application Log, so that Monitoring-Software could see exactly, if endpointbackup was successful. Or direct email notification by endpoint.
would love integrated Management of endpoint Software (and so on control of succeeded Job) via backup&replication Server... maybe in b&r 8.1

There should be already events created in the Windows event log. See this topic for further reading > Feature Request - Email Report on Success or Fail

Additionally, once the integration with VBR is available (in GA version) you can use VBR built in email notifications with the Endpoint backup jobs.
