Feature Request: Seed VAW 2.1 to SOBR

Post by lemtargatwing »

I'm being told this is still not a feature in the new version of VAW. We have several clients who have large data-sets and poor upload (good upload is hard to find around here). Rather than having a regular repository for Agent backups we prefer keeping everything in our SOBR. Seeding is a must for us.

Kyle,

SOBR uses different paths for backup locations. In theory, you can import backup files to a simple repository, map your agents to this repository and then move this simple repository under SOBR as extent. All paths should be modified in such case.
