Feature Request - User selects if backups allowed over wifi

Hi All,

In the case where a laptop is not connected to LAN but rather is on wifi, there's no easy way to tell if this wifi connection is on a standard business/home wifi or is it is connected to a hotspot device. Because of this and to ensure users don't kill their hotspot usage I'd like to see the ability to allow or disallow a backup to run when the device is connected to wifi. If the user selects to allow the backup over wifi then have a warning appear that states the possibility that the software cannot tell a standard wifi from a hotspot so the user will be responsible for any and all cell data usage and understands that he/she is responsible for those should they NOT be connected to a standard wifi.

Hi, we are planning to provide a user with the ability to disable backup over "metered connections". Windows 8 automatically detects those. Thanks!
