So technically this is two requests (and both could be used in the B&R product as well)...
...but how about a button to view logs from the 'Restore Point Details' screen and/or the Support tab?
When this button is clicked, a separate, simple Log Viewer tool, perhaps one that could have a drop down or two to help filter out the particular job (or job and time frame) you are trying to get logs for? And maybe some very basic intelligence behind it to color code certain parts of the logs, since your log creation is already rather robust, basing on labels, noted errors, etc? Then when you isolate the job and/or timeframe you are after, an export tool to package everything up to be sent to support.
Feedback welcome!

Re: Feature Request - View Logs Button / Log Viewer
Hi Adam,
Good request. It sounds like you’ve worked in Support or in QA

Re: Feature Request - View Logs Button / Log Viewer
Maybe?
But never underestimate the value of easily accessible log files I say!

Re: Feature Request - View Logs Button / Log Viewer
Adam,
I asume, when there is a choice to forward all the logs for troubleshooting to support team and just wait for the solution (and potentially improve the software by reporting an issue) or investigate it on your own, most of the users will chose the first option even if we add the cozy log viewer tool.
