Features Request : Schedule Restore

Hi Support

As we normally would do backup repository and backup tape restoration monthly during office hour, it is quite heavy during peak hour.

Our backup tape time usually is start from 9am to 3pm to complete, and backup repository is usually start from 6pm and complete at 12:30am midnight.

If we do backup restore between 3pm to 6pm is quite tight. Hence we suggested that Veeam would able to add a feature like schedule backup restoration after a job like backup schedule.

Hope it would be work in future.

May I know what is the meanings of delayed restore option?

I was referring to the case when you want to perform a recovery but it’s not critical, so you likely postpone the restore process to non-production hours.

I am just suggesting the features able to schedule and run backup restore automatically instead of manual run after backup job is finish like what function in backup & replication... that's it.
