File level recovery without local administrator account with VAW 3.0 Free

Hi,

In the "What's New" section of Veeam Agent for Windows ( https://www.veeam.com/whats-new-microso ... agent.html - section "General" ), I have seen that it is now possible for users to perform a file recovery without local administrator account.

We have started to upgrade VAW to version 3.0 for some of our users using the Free edition.
It seems that they still can't perform any file level recovery without local admin account.

Is this new possibility limited to the licensed version of VAW 3.0 ?

Hello and welcome to the community ald.plan,

This behavior is controlled by the management console (i.e. Veeam B&R or Veeam Availability Console) when you are backing up to Veeam backup repository, thus it's available in paid editions.
