File restore error - Backup Sync Failed

Hello

I am having an issue when attempting a file restore using Veeam Endpoint. Ther error is as follows :

"Backup sync failed
AgentManagerService: Failed to start agent, Host 'xxxx'
Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
Failed to create Cryptographic Service Provider."

How do I fix this error ?
