I have scheduled a nightly backup of my laptop, selecting Document folders, which works well. I have done a test restore which also worked well.
However, every night, with the job complete email, the following warning affecting 16 folders appears
Failed to Backup [Users\Chris Lane\Documents\CargoWise
I did log a support request (case 4359508) but was told that no support was available.
Why would the error be happening? All other folders under Users\Chris Lane\Documents back up fine, and some of the folders do have activity in them.
