Help for unattended mode on 6.0.2 version

Hi,
I'm just triyng to update to 6.0.2 version using unattended mode, but while installing I receive "error 1004" (following the user guide the error is about "migration to SQLite database has failed").

but if possibile I don't want to exclude the migration of the config to the new database, so i want to avoid to use the "/skipmigration" parameter.

am I doing something wrong? can you help me please?
