History - Restore statistics - how long?

Hi, Is known how long (detailed) restore statistics are retained by Veeam? For example, this morning I opened an e-mail using Application items restore (Exchange) and I could see this logged under History / Restore Job Name /Statistics / Log. When I now look back, I see only "Application Item level restore started". We want to monitor that our helpdesk restores emails, without actually opening them. Thanks!
