How to change shutdown time (to probably 5 minutes)

I have set the PC to shutdown after Veeam completes the backup.
But users says 1 minute maybe too short as they may need to save their files etc.

Is there a way to extend the shut down timer to 5 minutes ?
Is there a way to have a reminder if the user cancel or a snooze timer ?
