How to rescan repository from Windows agent

Hi, we got this error on some agents:

Code: Select all

Job session for "Backup Job XXXX" finished with error.
Error: Cannot proceed with the job: existing backup meta file 'Backup Job XXXX.vbm' on repository 'MYREPO' is not synchronized with the DB. To resolve this, run repository rescan

I read a lot o posts about it but i cannot find how to rescan a repository from a Windows Agent.
Could you help us?

This WIndows Agent is backupping itselft (entire computer) to a local NAS via SMB v3

Open the job wizard and at the storage step click map backup, then select the backup file.

i cannot find "map backup" in the agent UI. are you sure?
Please remember that this agent is NOT managed by a Backup & Replication but it is licensed.

It should be at the destination step of the job wizard under the path to the share.

Hi.
We have solved the problem simply by deleting .vbm file in the remote NAS.
The next job start has been created a new .vbm file and completed the job succefully.
