I have a dream

Post by frankive » 1 person likes this post

At customer with veeam one and b&r installed we use the veeam one reporter and creash widget which we implements on our sharepoint site. As a partner we have about 10 such widgets pr.site.
This works very well.

But for customer with just a single physical server (for now..) where we protect them with Endpoint it would be amazing to be able to access that data with a daashboard too.
Is it possible to create a add-on module to Endpoint which enables a very basic reporter module where we can collect the data so we can present their backupstatus with a widget?

Hello Frank,

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility at the moment. We will register your feedback as a feature request.

Kind regards,
Alexey

Hi Frank,

Do you want to see something like this, but predefined in Veeam ONE > Veeam Endpoint Backup Overview?

Thanks!

Yes!
We are usg logicnow GFI Max focus for our MSP-services. Would be great if Veeam Endpoint could be integrated into it as well.. perhaps that would solve our problems with keeping a single pane of glass on our customer with endpoint everywhere..

Depends on whether GFI Max is looking into this from their side or not ;)

Lukas, do you currently provide Veeam backup as a service or you would like to use this solution in house?

Kind of both for us.

Yes we do. But we also use it for in house backups.

In our business we sell "Backupstations" (small PCs with a RDX Bay) with Veeam B&R + Veeam ONE, which also acts as a Veeam Repository.
If the customer wishes so, he can login to Veeam ONE a check status, but most of the time we do this for them. So, we use both, the email notifications from Veeam B&R which backups the servers, and Veeam ONE. So it would be really handy, to check the endpoint backups via Veeam ONE.
