I have got problem with recovering outlook

Dear colleges be aware there are some problem with backup pst files of ms outlook. I recovered my ps and after i saw that there is not pst files in my profile. After I fixed all and did one backup throw shell of veeam endpoint i can see that pst files again absent in backup.

So the .pst file was not included in the backup, is that correct? What backup mode you are using? Thanks

I did backup all computers of course, I can say that that in the previous version everything was ok, I checked and also with outlook and pst. But after upgrade that I recently have done with the the same set I got case as mentioned.

Correct. We do (normally) ask to come back to the forums and share the solution with everyone but it doesn't always happen. Are you having the same issue?

It looked that way at first, but I think Outlook is being backed up, even while it's running. So, it looks good on that front; although, I haven't had time to try a restore yet. Thanks.
