To use third-party resources for this I consider disrespect for clients.
Do not bother to answer. I don’t want to use your product anymore, as the last update caused me serious problems!

For the sake of other users who might have not experienced the same problem (yet?), would you kindly explain what has happened exactly? You original post does not contain neither any info, nor a support case number so that we could understand what the problem is.
