Dear Support,
all was good untill today, when I try to open my backups restore points. Now I got the same error message when loading the archive: "Some errors occurred. See log files for additional information" and can't be able to open my backupped files!
I try on two different pc, the backupped one and another but the problem is the same.
In the file logs all is good, the previous backup process was all finished good.

I'mtrying to send the case from the Backup Endpoint Control Panel but it continue refuses my email even after registration and confirmation !?

Can you clarify how the recovery was started (via Control Panel or via File Level Restore wizard? I assume it was a file level recovery, right?
