INCR Backup Failed - {FileBackup.SyncDirs}

Hello,

we have set up a backup via Windows Agent for a customer. Thereby 3 directories are backed up which together have a little more than 4TB. The full backup ran successfully after the second attempt, but now the incremental backup does not run.

The agent connects to the customer's own Veeam B&R server, in which a repository is connected via VPN, which is located in our data center. The backup is saved directly to this repository.

Unfortunately, I could not find anything about the error message, here is the error message:
Error: read: End of file Agent failed to process method {FileBackup.SyncDirs}.
