Hello,
Is it possible to schedule backups to run every 4 hours?

I am using the version 5.0.0.4301 Free Edition

Thanks

Free and Workstation editions allows only simple daily schedule scheme.
If you are using USB\Network backup target, you can set schedule to "When target is available" and play with a simple Windows Scheduler script that will re-connect target every 4 hours.

Would it be possible to use Windows Task Scheduler to start the backup job every 4 hours with the free edition?
I don't find any limitation for that in the Agent Comparison documents.

https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/agent ... tml?ver=50

Code: Select all

"C:\Program Files\Veeam\Endpoint Backup\Veeam.EndPoint.Manager.exe" /backup

Right!
Veeam.Agent.Configurator.exe will require an upgrade, however Veeam.EndPoint.Manager.exe should do the trick for the free edition as well!
