Instant Recovery of SQL with clustered disk to VM

Does Veeam support the ability to do an instant recovery of clustered disks from a physical to a virtual server?

We have tried this but the disks were skipped, but we are not sure if it is due to MPIO drivers not being installed on the VBR or gateway servers or if this function is not even possible.

Shared disk restore is possible but only after the entire cluster is re-assembled via volume level recovery. Take a look: Backup and Restore of Failover Clusters. Thank you!
