Is it possible to buy Veeam Windows Server agents and integrate them into a B&R Essentials solution?
Can a Veeam Windows Server agent backup a Hyper-V server or do i need to install extra agents in the VM's?

Yes, you can to buy VBR VUL or VAS VUL, and install this license into Essentials backup server with a Socket-based license, if this is what you meant.

However, you should never backup VMs with agents, as this is against best practices. What are you trying to achieve by using an agent to backup a Hyper-V VM, considering that you do have B&R and thus access to its Hyper-V backup jobs?
