We are using Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 6.3.2.1302 - Workstation edition. The license for it has been renewed recently. Despite that all our users are getting the message:
Your license has expired and needs to be renewed.
When I check the license it states Support expiration: 31-12-2026 (328 day left)
I already tried restarting the Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows service on my Windows PC but the message stays.
How can we solve this? We are paying for this license. Can I create a ticket for it on Veeam Support?
