1. Is deduplication possible through agent windows?

You can do it with Quest DR Devices that have source side inline dedupe.

1,2. The dedup engine is built-in and is always on. You can check that by looking at job session log > check screenshot here.
3. You can leverage the Windows-based repository of Veeam B&R with built-in deduplication enabled, as a target for the agent. Additionally, you can utilize deduplication storage.
