Is Windows 10 Enterprise IoT LTSC supported or not?

The release notes say that it is.



But the installer says that it's not:





This is not a custom build; the ISO is direct from Microsoft.

I submitted a case (#07904084) but this is the Community Edition so I'm not necessarily expecting a response.
