[Feature Request] limited bandwith useage

Hello,

here is one feature we are missing in our company as far as the backup job is concerned on users computers : being able to limit the max bandwith usage of the Veeam Agent.
Indeed, some computers are linked to the main network with a 100Mbps link, and when the Veeam agent is running (doing the backup I mean), the user reports it can hardly use its computer for web search or accessing network resources.
