Post by lkozlowski »

Hi, I have critical problem. First of all I can't do a backup. When VEB do a backup and going to backup (C:) partition, computer do a restart like losing AC. He's trying to get up but I have communicat that there is no bootable devices. When I go in to the bios I can't find backuped disk ( second disk is avaliable but It isn't backuped. ) I must disconnect AC cable for a while and then I can detect backuped disk ssd. I have to set up boot sequences then I can run system normally. This action destroy structure of files on these computer... This happen only when i try do a backup VEB. Someone has any idea what is going on ?

Hi Łukasz,

It's hard to say what is causing this without seeing all log files. Can you please open a support case and let our support team take a look at this behavior?

Thanks!

Hi Łukasz,

Logs are automatically attached when you open a support case via Control Panel > Support. For manual investigations you can find them in C:\ProgramData\Veeam folder.
