Manually Restore Partition?

Ticket #02637677. Had to restore a PC to the original drive recently that always backs up the entire computer. The restore process said had to do it manually because the image did not match the drive. This should not be, since we have always backed up the entire computer, and we were restoring to the original drive.

Any chance original disk layout was modified before recovery was performed? Thank you.
