Multiple Windows After Backup

Hello:

I installed the Veeam backup for Windows agent on my wife's new AIO PC. Windows 10. We have noticed that everyday after the backup is complete, there is an open window on the Windows taskbar that accumulate as each day passes. Right clicking and choosing "Close" does not close the window. We have to sign out or reboot the computer to remove the task bar icons.

This is using the most current version of Veeam that I also use on my desktop, laptop, and tablet. Her computer is the only one this happens on.

Any thoughts or suggestions will be most appreciated.

as I have never seen it, can you post a screenshot and open a case (and post the case number here for reference)?
