Hi,
I can see that VBR v10 will include a new feature for backing up file shares. Will this feature be available in VAW as well ?
Thanks.

Re: NAS Share Backup - VBR v10
Hi Tomer,
This feature will be available only in the Veeam B&R v10.
Am I right, you want to get protection for physical file shares?
Thanks!

Re: NAS Share Backup - VBR v10
Hi,
Yes. If it will be available in VBR, we expect to get it in VAW as well. We have lots of agents installed with no VBR, backing up to Cloud Connect repository. If we will be able to select SMB file shares from our NAS it will be great. We are using acronis at the moment for this feature.. why should we able to do it with Veeam ?
Thanks.

Re: NAS Share Backup - VBR v10
Sorry for the confusion.
You will be able to add physical File Shares in the Backup Infrastructure of Veeam B&R, but you cannot choose Cloud Connect as a target for NAS Backup jobs.
Thank you for the feedback!
