new backup job cannot find USB drive
I have Veeam Agent For Windows 3.0.2.1170 installed on a Windows 10 desktop machine. I have a 4TB usb drive attached (formatted NTFS, mounted as V:\). When I am going through the wizard to create a new backup job, I get to the Local Storage section, and it does not show my usb drive. If I click Browse, navigate to V:\, and press OK, it says "Specify Location". Any idea what's causing this?

I went to Settings > Manage Registered Storage Devices, and after a few minutes it showed a blank list of USB storage devices. I also tried attaching a second USB drive, refreshed, and it's still blank.

For whatever reason, Veeam Agent did not like the drive letter being V:\. I changed the drive letter, rebooted, and it saw the drive and can write to it successfully. I closed the ticket.
