Hi all -
I have been using VEEAM Endpoint Backup for some time now and have run into a new issue lately that I can't seem to resolve.
On Dell's new OptiPlex 3040 systems if I boot to a recovery CD that I make on that system there is no mouse or keyboard active when I get to the green screen to choose my recovery options.
The keyboard and mouse work fine up to this screen. I actually see the mouse light and num lock light on the keyboard turn off right before I get to the green screen.
I tried adding USB drivers to the recovery disk in case for some reason it was not copying all needed files on creation, but this didn't work.
Any thoughts?

Re: No keyboard or mouse after booting to recovery media
Hi elwappo,
Can you clarify, were both devices connected to the computer when you created this recovery media?
