When i boot from recovery iso i am able to load de network drivers and configure network. But when i want to proceed i get the error that network is not connected.
But i am sure that it is connected. I tried this on a blade in a Enclosure and on a DL 380 Gen 10 with no luck. When i try this on a normal HP pc it works without any problem.
Are there more people with this problem?

I can only recommend contacting support. I can remember some network cards with HPE servers making trouble to include into the recovery ISO.
Please post the case number here for reference.
