Dear
If I backup physical windows host by veeam agent. Does it means it's P2V ready? I can restore it to vsphere or hyper-v, and can startup normal instead of blue screen by hardware different?
I mean result like Disk2VHD (https://www.veeam.com/blog/how-to-conve ... k2vhd.html)
I can restore windows backup to hyper-v, but it can not start because of hardware different. will I get P2V ready if I backup with Veeam agent?
is there anyway if hardware had dead but we have windows backup or Veeam agent backup?
Thanks for reply

Re: P2V ready?
Hello,
that's a pretty old blog post... I suggest to go with Instant Recovery to Vmware or Hyper-V.

To answer your question: yes, it's P2V ready.
Best regards,
Hannes
