Prevent users from GUI

Hello!
There is a way to prevent a user from changing the scope of a backup job? I mean if we defined by company policy to only backup c:\My Files, how do we prevent a user change that to c:\?

Hi claudiofolu,

Control Panel can take changes only from admin account (basically it requires elevated access, otherwise settings won’t be changed). Another option is to use Configuration API (available in workstations/server editions), to set VAW in LockDown Mode.
