problem accessing network share with veeam recovery disk

Good morning , i'm testing the recovery disk but when i select network as the destination for search for backup file to restore , i cannot see the list of server connected on the lan. i've checked and the lan driver are loaded and online and within console inside the tools section i'm able to ping and to resolve the server name.
share are under active directory login , i have tried to place credential in the credential box but no luck , i have tried also to place domain_name\user_name and the password but again lo luck.

Hello Marco,

Could you please check if typing the exact UNC name of the file share works?

i have already tried to place \\ip_of_the_server\ or \\ip_of_the_server or \\name_of_the_server\ or \\name_of_the_server or \\name_of_the_server\name_of_the_share with or without \ or \\ip_of_the_server\name_of_the_share with or without \ with no luck
the name of the share and the name of the server do not contains spaces.

Got it. So you used the correct UNC name plus the credentials with the administrative permissions on this step, did you received any error when click Next?

Good morning the issue on accessing network share is solved because the error was on typing the password because the keyboard layout is not Italian...in fact for example instead of \ if i press that key i get '
another problem is the impossibility to browse the network for searching server and then the share..i get a blank list even i can ping correctly the server

Glad you nailed it. Yes, browse button misbehave in this BETA, we got several cases and will fix it in the GA. Meanwhile, you have to type in the address manually.

and what about the wrong keyboard layout? the recovery disk was done on a windows 7 x64 pro sp1 in Italian.....the wrong layout keyboard is annoying when you need to type address and login/password

This would be addressed in GA as well. By the way did you try use hotkeys to change the keyboard layout in the Recovery Appliance? I was told it should be working in several cases.
