Question about Licence for 3 Hardware PCs

Hello,

customer have this:

Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5.0.1922 (with Esxi Vmware)
Licence: Veeam Essentials Standard (VMware) 6 Sockets
on one Veeam Backup Server with the Console/Dashboard/Gui of Veeam

Goal: Purchase Veeam Endpoint Agent for 3 x Hardware PCs (they have only one CPU, they are Win7 and Windows Server 2016... )
Goal2: Administration, Control Veeam Endpoint Agent via B+R Console of the Esxi
Goal3: no change of current B+R Licence because we are afraid of un-estimated licence problems..
Goal4: Support, we don´t need the free version
Goal4: Buy Licence for lifetime, with yeary reneval posibility, no rent / no subscription

The solution is to upgrade to Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 Update 4
This will address all requirements. They don't need to purchase anything extra.

I remember that since change of licence method (first half this year by veeam) it could be a big different Customer have Update 4 or not...

Should be easy - starting from Update 4 you need instance-base license for the managed agents and, according to your setup, socket base license for VMware infrastructure. Should be possible to request such licenses via customer portal or by reaching our sales team.

Goals

Goal: "have licence" for 3 x Hardware PCs (one socket CPU Windows) for installing Veeam Endpoint Agent
Goal2: Manage Backupjob of the three Hardware PCs on the main B+R Console (where all other VMs are managed...)
Goal3: no change of current B+R Licence "socket based licence" because we are a bit afraid of un-estimated licence problems when switching to "instance based licence"
Goal4: Softwaresupport, we don´t need the free version of veeam agent
Goal4: buy Licence for lifetime, with yeary reneval posibility, no rent / no subscription

Is this the right "order-formula" ?

We order herewith:

3 x Essentials Standard (6 CPU)
Veeam Backup Essentials Standard 2 socket bundle
Limit of 6 sockets of Veeam Backup Essentials
(any hypervisor, any edition)per contract or
installation
1 Jahr Support & Subscription

Enterprise makes no sense because standard is allready there as you can see above?
Is it possible to avaoid installing update 4) on the whole organisation?
After Licence Delivery we call the support and ask for Licence compatible with older Version 9.5.0.1922 ? (that we need socked based licence?)
Nothing needed to buy if Update 4 is installed?
