Hello GG,
Please open a support case thru built-in Contol Panel > Support functionality, and send me a case ID. We need to check the logs from your recovery media creation. Thank you.

Hey GG,

I hope support finds a resolution easily, but as far as I can remember, this is a problem with a dll that should be in your Windows Driver Kit. Is it a core version? Does it also works as a B&R host (are you backing up VMs on that host with B&R), do you have other apps installed that include drivers?

Please post the case also so we can follow-up and if you have a solution, it would be great if you post it here

Thanks

Mike
