Recovery media can't find NAS drive in my local network

Recovery media can't find NAS drive in my local network. We are using windows server 2012. Currently running veeam incremental backup. we can able to access the NAS backup drive when windows on, can restore the files and drive. When booting from Veeam recovery media we cant access our NAS backup drive. Could you please give the solution.
P.S - In our office one server and eight desktop

MY NAS drive is WDMYCOULD. is there any setup in WD?

Don't waste your time looking at the suggested link. There's no solution there. It's broke and its years later.

Hi testerbob,

As I've already answered in another thread the functionality is there and it's working (unless you were really referencing to browsing files shares not connected to the same LAN). Network discovery issues are infrastructure dependent and should be investigated on per-case basis. Thanks!
