Remove License
Hi
I have installed the Veeam Agent for Windows, I tried the Server Edition License but I don't need it, I want to use the Free Edition License.
How can I change it?
Thanks

Re: Remove License
Hi Nisa,
First: Welcome to the forums!
Second: If you are using the agent alone (not integrated into VBR) then you can use this page to see how you can "revoke" the license: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/agent ... tml?ver=20
Thanks
Mike

Re: Remove License
In that case you need to revoke the license from VBR: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/agent ... tml?ver=20
One question though, are you planning to backup multiple VAW instances to that repository where some need to be licensed? Because that is not possible. You can't mix licensed and free agents to a B&R repository.
Another good article to completely remove the license is this KB: https://www.veeam.com/kb2235
Cheers
