Removing Entire Config and starting fresh

I have VAW running on a server and backing up to a Cloud Connect Provider. Working great. I now need to switch to another provider and need to be able to wipe out the current config on the Agent and create a new "profile." Anyone have any guidance? I dont care about the historical backup data on the first CC provider. Thanks.

Hi Larry,

Can you rerun the wizard and change all settings? That would make a new profile if I am not mistaken. Because the first backup will go to the new CC provider, the chain won't be there and a new full backup will be created allowing you to start from "zero"

Hi Larry,

You can 'nuke' the config completely by recreating the database like described in this KB article. Thanks.
