Repeated job failures

The error agent sends:

Code: Select all

Error: Connection is blocked by network throttling rules Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}. Exception from server: Reconnectable protocol device was closed. Unable to retrieve next block transmission command. Number of already processed blocks: [0]. Failed to download disk.

Unmanaged v3, Windows 10. No immediate access to client PC, but can request more information if the error above isn't helpful.

Case 04141981, just opened.

I have a feeling that [X] Restrict metered connections option is ticked in the agent(default setting). Please check if that is true and try without it.

Thx Egor, I also came to the same conclusion. Turned out this PC was on a mobile hotspot, so we have paused the job until broadband is available.
