Hello all,
I need to open a support case regarding a VSS issue in VEB (A VSS critical writer has failed. Writer name: [SqlServerWriter]). Unfortunately this is not possible anymore using customer support portal. Instead I have to use the technical support tab within the product. But this fails because I need to authenticate using proxy credentials while connecting to internet and there is no option to enter these credentials.
Any other way to open a case for this product?

Hi Uwe,
You can open it from any other endpoint that does not require proxy authentication or you can exclude *veeam.com from proxying. Let me also contact our support guys and ask what they suggest to do in these cases.
