Repository Reporting Low Disk Space for Endpoint Only

We're testing Veeam B&R 9 along with Endpoint, and we have 80GB Free on a 900Gb Repository. I've tweaked the Global Messages within B&R to report at 5% instead of 10%, so the B&R jobs work fine, however the Endpoint backups still alert that the Repository is low on space.

I've manually adjusted the registry key detailed in this post, however shouldn't the Endpoint backup pick up the notification settings from the Repository?

Hi Steve,

Can you please double-check that this key was created under correct registry hive? If everything looks ok, then I would suggest to contact our support team to review the log files.
