Request: Backup of Open Files

Dear Sir or Madam,
We were using Veeam Endpoint Backup, but had a problem with program tasks, if someone dont close, for example, Outlook, the program task stopped, this task doesnt copy the file and dont continue with the others

Can you please clarify what backup mode you're using and what files you would like to back up? Here is an existing topic about files excluded from VSS snapshot, this is controlled my the guest OS itself > Excluded Files
