Restore "Certificate validation failed. All cloud gateways"

I have a few Windows agents backing up to remote Veeam Connect server. The backups work fine, but if I attempt to do a restore via the boot media to Veeam Cloud Connect repository. I get this error "Certificate validation failed. All cloud gateways are unavailable."

I am able to submit a certificate key when configuring the Windows Agent backup, but the opposite doesn't work for restore.

Is there a port or settings, I am missing?

Can you check if network configuration is correct while you are booted in Recovery Media? In the Veeam Recovery Media view, click the Network Settings button and select a network over which you want to connect.

I set from DHCP to static and I receive the same message.

Please check if it's possible to ping the IP address of your cloud gateway? You can launch command line from Tools view while booted in Recovery Media.
