Hello all,
i know there is an Case ID needed. But it seems not possible to open a case as an private person not using my business contacts. Am i doing wrong or is this not possible for private?
Nevertheless I hope i will get help our even more infos how to create a caseID.
I am using Veeam Agent for Windows Free for my notebook. After some technical problems i need to restore it unfortunately i always getting stuck with the same error: "Restore failed storage version 13 is not supported for read-only access. Agent failed to process method (Stg.OpenRad)."
I also have all Logfiles created in the backupsource folder, please let me know if u need specific ones from there.
Google gives me not rellry much help for this problem. May i will get it here.

Hi Andreas,
You should be able to open case using private email directly from Agent UI, using Technical Support menu(that will be pure email communication with support). However, my.veeam.com will not let you manage your cases, you will have to use a business email here.
As for your error, it is quite typical to get one when your recovery media version is older than backups you are trying to restore from. That would be my first bet.
