restore volume, no menu, only cmd propt

I am trying to restore my Operating system volume (C). after starting the computer from the recovery media, I don't get the menu options, only a command prompt. How can I proceed?

Normally you should get full GUI where you perform the restore from. I have not seen similar reports before, so it sounds like something is off in your case... please contact our support for hands on assistance. Thanks!
