Restoring SQL database

Post by neilmurphy65 » Apr 06, 2016 2:48 pm

Hi All,

I'm doing some testing with Endpoint Backup. I have created a database in SQL 2012 and successfully backed up the source system to a VBR repository. When I try restoring the database I get the following error "Database "VeeamTest" restore failed. Empty mount root path for volume label C (session ID:.....)".

My test source system happens to be a VM so I set up a VBR job to back it up and was able to restore the database with no errors.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Neil.

Hi Neil,

You have to investigate this issue with the support team, so kind open a support case via VEB's Control Panel > Support. Thanks.
