Retention period is not working properly

Hi Guys,

I have configured Veeam Agent for windows on 2012 AD server.
Retention period is 26 Days.
When i login to repository Drive, I could see last 60 Days backup files.
Retentionperiod is not working here. It causing the low disk space issue on Repository Drive.

Any Idea how we can fix this issue??

Hello Vijay,

Can you please clarify what mode (free/workstation or server) you are using for your Windows agent? Any chance you've enabled periodic active full backup? Thanks!

It is a Server Mode Windows Agent. There is no Active Full backup enabled.

Can you please double check the retention value? For agents operating in Server mode retention should be set in restore points and not in days. Additionally, check the latest job run, if I am not mistaken merge operations should be displayed via additional log line. Thanks!
