problem with incremental backup

I don't know why, but the program often creates full copies of the data instead of incremental ones. The first backup should be full, while the others should be incremental.

Something is odd; the job is expected to run every weekday, but missing February 14, 17, and 18. I suggest opening a support case to review the reason behind the lack of backup files created.
